Gymnastics Classes
Gymnastics classes are available at the Centre for all levels of gymnastics. Check below to see which level your child is at;
Introductory - Never tried the sport before and has not been graded
Beginner - Your child has obtained level 5 grade
Advanced - Your child has obtained level 4, 3, 2 or 1 grade
Cost: All courses cost €30 - €40 for 8 weeks and each class lasts one hour to one and a half hours.

Advanced 1 - Fri 7.30-9.00pm €40.00 (every 8 weeks)
Advanced 2 - Sat 10.00-11.30am €40.00 (every 8 weeks)
PRE-NASTICS!
This fun class for 4 year olds teaches basic gymnastics through structured lessons. Boys and girls are introduced to all gymnastics equipment and safety and proper technique is emphasised in every class. They will work on their gross and fine motor skills, hand-eye co-ordination, balance and flexibility.
