Donegal Jiu Jitsu Federation

The Donegal Jiu Jitsu Federation classes are taught by Renshi Josie Murray who is a 5th Dan Black Belt in Jikishin Jiu Jitsu and who is also affiliated to the world famous Gracie Jiu Jitsu family in Brazil. Josie has won Gold at the world jiu Jitsu Championships in Brazil and numerous other titles and classes cater for all levels.
