Toning & Flexability Classes

(Body Tone, Tums & Bums, Yoga and Pilates)

Body Tone with Weights

This class uses a combination of barbell weights, steps and matwork to tone and strengthen muscles with a wide variety of exercises. Finnoula will ensure your technique stays safe and strong and will motivate you with a great musical backdrop.

Tums & Bums Toning

This is one of our most popular classes and will help you sculpt that toned body! Denise will put you through a short aerobic warm up, and then take you through a programme of mat based exercises that focus on the abdominal and glutes areas as well as working all major muscle groups.

Yoga

All Yoga classes are taught by a fully qualified instructor. Classes cater for beginners to improvers and there is also a special Yoga for Pregnancy course on offer. For more information you can call 087 9393170, or contact the Centre. All Yoga courses are of a six week duration and cost €70.00.

Pilates

There has been an explosion in the popularity of Pilates in recent years, and the Community Centre is pleased to offer courses in this highly sought after activity. Excellent for strengthening the core muscles which will boost your entire body. Courses are ongoing throughout the year so contact Reception on (074) 9122761 for the start date of the next course.
