A class for elderly people or those with injuries or conditions that effect their mobility. The various exercises in this class will help improve your mobility, movement and is a great way to keep active. All the exercises are very manageable and can be performed at different levels depending on how you feel that particular week. Classes are on normally Mondays and Fridays from 11am to 12pm but for July and August only classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12.30pm. 3 per class.
