A class for elderly people or those with injuries or conditions that effect their mobility. The various exercises in this class will help improve your mobility, movement and is a great way to keep active. All the exercises are very manageable and can be performed at different levels depending on how you feel that particular week. Classes are on Mondays and Fridays from 11.30am to 12.30pm €3 per class.
For over 50s. A more energetic class for those looking to stay active and exercise. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11.30am to 12.30pm. €3 per class.
